The office plans
Add a project and a task, then drag it in the calendar to a day and a person.
The worker gets the task on their phone
With the site address and times. A notification arrives straight away, for changes too.
On site: START, photos, FINISH
The app works without signal. Everything is sent automatically once the phone is back online.
The office sees the result
Status, photos and notes are in the task’s history. Hours go into the report without anyone typing them in.

- Crew calendar
- A week view by person. Drag tasks between days and people, and filter projects by colour.
- Projects and clients
- Companies and private clients, automatic Polish tax number (NIP) check, contacts, site address and the project team.
- People and roles
- Owner, admin and worker. Sign in with Google or Apple, no new passwords.
- Conversations
- Company, project, group and private chats. Every task has its own history that cannot be edited or deleted.

- Big buttons. Every press records the time and GPS location.
- Photos and notes
- Photos, voice and text notes attached to the task, visible in the office straight away.

- Works offline and uploads in the background. The phone joins the company with a QR code.

Firma@KFBase replaced a feature-heavy program that had more options than the crew needed. What remains is what the office and the workers actually use every day.
